There's no support department here — there's me, my inbox, and a genuine interest in sorting whatever's gone sideways. Here are the usual suspects:
My payment didn't go through
Cards get declined for boring reasons: a typo in the number, your bank running a security check, or a verification screen that timed out. The important bit: if the payment didn't complete, you haven't been charged — Stripe only takes money when checkout finishes and shows you a confirmation.
Try again, or try another card. If it keeps happening, your bank's app usually says why — and if it's still being stubborn, email me and we'll sort it another way.
I'm not sure if my order worked
Look for a receipt email from Stripe — that's the proof it went through. No receipt after a few minutes (check spam) means no order. Please don't order twice to be safe — email me instead and I'll check in ten seconds, and refund any accidental double order in full.
Something else entirely
Wrong address on the order, changed your mind, parcel trouble, garlic emergency — it's all the same inbox.
It comes straight to me. Expect a human reply, usually the same day — unless it's harvest week, in which case: soon, and with muddy thumbs.
